Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Denver Auto Spa, LLC's ("Denver Auto Spa," "we," "us," "our") website, online quote and booking tools, and the vehicle detailing and protection services we provide (vinyl wrap, paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, paint correction). By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, accepting an estimate, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Denver Auto Spa provides vehicle detailing, protection, and cosmetic services at our shop in Arvada, Colorado. Specific pricing, scope of work, and timelines for your job are set out in the estimate we provide you, not in these general Terms.

2. Estimates & Acceptance

• An estimate is a proposal, not a binding order, until you accept it — either in person, through our online estimate link, or by another method our staff confirms with you.
• Estimates may include an expiration date. After that date, pricing and availability are no longer guaranteed and the estimate may need to be reissued.
• When you accept an estimate online, you'll be asked to review our line items, scroll through and agree to any applicable service terms/disclaimers, type your name, and provide an electronic signature. That signature is treated the same as a signature on paper and confirms your agreement to the accepted estimate and these Terms.

3. Scheduling & Booking

• Appointments booked directly by our staff are confirmed once scheduled. Appointments submitted through our online self-booking page are pending until a staff member confirms them — a submitted request is not a guaranteed appointment until you receive that confirmation.
• Some services require dropping your vehicle off the day before your scheduled appointment, or leaving extra time after service for coatings/films to cure before the vehicle can be driven or exposed to water — this will be communicated to you as part of scheduling.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with little notice may affect deposit terms as described in your estimate.
• If you don't show up for a scheduled appointment without notice, we may record the appointment as a no-show, and repeated no-shows may affect our ability to schedule future appointments for you.

4. Payments & Deposits

• Where a deposit is required, it is due at the time of booking, as stated on your accepted estimate.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed to in writing.
• We accept cash, card, Zelle, financing, and other methods as noted on your invoice. Card payments are processed entirely through QuickBooks' own secure, hosted payment page — we never collect or store your card number directly.
• Invoices not paid by their due date may be considered overdue and, per the terms stated on that invoice, may be subject to a late fee.

Detailed deposit, cancellation, and refund terms for film installation services (paint protection film, vinyl wrap, window tint) are set out in the Terms & Conditions you review and electronically sign when you accept your estimate — those terms control for the specific service being performed.

5. Your Vehicle

• Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before drop-off. Denver Auto Spa is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
• We document vehicles with photos and/or video before, during, and/or after service. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing before signing your estimate's Terms & Conditions, this may include using that media on our social media and in our advertising — see our Privacy Policy for more on how we use photos.
• Please point out any existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or areas of concern before we begin work.

Vehicle handling, disassembly/reassembly risk, and other service-specific liability terms are set out in the Terms & Conditions you sign at estimate acceptance, which control for the work being performed.

6. Communications

By providing your phone number and email and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive appointment-related and (if you don't opt out) marketing communications from us by text and email. 7. Rewards & Referral Program

If you participate in our rewards or referral program, points and referral credit are earned according to the program's current rules, which we may change or discontinue at any time. Rewards points and referral credit have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Acceptable Use

When using our website, quote form, or booking tools, you agree to provide accurate information and not to submit fraudulent, abusive, or automated (bot) submissions.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are performed to a professional standard using the products and processes described in your estimate. Except as expressly stated in your estimate or invoice, we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

For film installation services (paint protection film, vinyl wrap, window tint), the limitation of liability you agree to is set out in full in the Terms & Conditions you electronically sign at estimate acceptance, and that clause controls for those services. For anything not covered by a signed estimate's Terms & Conditions, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services change. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
