How This Report Works
One card below per pipeline that has "Show in dashboard reports" turned on (Pipeline Settings). Everything is calculated live from contacts currently in that pipeline right now — it's a snapshot, not a historical trend line over time.
Open Pipeline Value — sum of the Deal Value field across every contact currently sitting in an "Open" stage.
Weighted Forecast — each open stage's value × that stage's Win Probability setting, added up. A rough estimate of expected revenue, not a guarantee.
Win Rate — Won ÷ (Won + Lost), counting only contacts currently parked in a Won or Lost stage right now (stages marked "Abandoned," like Stale/DND, are excluded from all three numbers — they're neither open nor a real close).
The table below each summary breaks the same numbers down stage-by-stage.

Contact Variables ⓘ
Each section lists its fields in the order they appear in the Edit Contact form — these sections ARE the Edit Contact modal, not a separate preview of it. Add a field directly under the section it belongs in.
The key shown under each field is its internal ID, not necessarily an insertable message variable — only the fixed set of tokens in Automations/Snippets' variable picker (e.g.
{{firstName}}, {{phone}}) can currently be used in SMS/email templates. Where a built-in field's value does feed a message variable, its ID shows a "→ {{token}}" hint (e.g. fname → {{firstName}}) — same underlying value, just a friendlier name for message templates; they're not two separate things to keep in sync. A custom field you add here becomes a real part of the contact form right away, but isn't wired into message templates yet.Message Variables ⓘ
Every variable available to insert into an SMS/email template, grouped by category. Use the ⋮ menu on each row to edit its description.
